REFUND POLICY WITH ARTISAN DICE
With the nature of handmade dice, please note that unique artisan dice are available as one individual set, and often cannot be fully replaced or exchanged.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All items must be shipped back in the condition they arrived in. If your item is damaged upon return shipping, the refund may not be issued.
We will notify you when we've received the return package, and will refund you on the original payment method. Please keep in mind that this can take a few days to process.
